As a small-batch, bean-to-bar chocolatier based in Boulder, Colorado, recognition like this means a great deal to us. We put care into every step of our process, from sourcing single-origin cacao to crafting each bar by hand. Being recognized alongside so many thoughtful makers is both humbling and encouraging.

About Our Reishi Mushroom Chocolate Squares
Our Reishi Mushroom Chocolate Squares are crafted with balance and restraint in mind. Made using a traditional bean-to-bar process, each bar starts with ethically sourced, single-origin cacao and is paired with organic reishi mushroom as a considered inclusion.
Reishi has a long history of traditional use. When incorporated thoughtfully, it brings an earthy depth that complements the natural complexity of cacao without overpowering it. This is chocolate meant to be enjoyed slowly, with attention to flavor, texture, and experience.
This intentional approach to chocolate making is central to what we do, and it is why this recognition feels so aligned with our values.
