Returns and refunds

At Moksha Chocolate, we make small-batch, heat-sensitive chocolate and cacao products. Because our products are perishable food items, we can’t accept returns once an order has been shipped or picked up.

That said, we want every customer to have a good experience. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, missing an item, or in less-than-ideal condition, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging if your order arrived damaged or melted.

Damaged, melted, or incorrect orders

We review order issues case by case. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another reasonable solution.

Chocolate can be affected by heat, missed deliveries, carrier delays, or packages left outside after delivery. Please review our shipping policy for more details about warm-weather shipping and delivery responsibility.

Items we can’t accept for return

For food safety reasons, we can’t accept returns of chocolate, cacao, perishable goods, opened products, or products that have left our care after delivery or pickup.

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or picked up.
