Shipping policy

Summer shipping is in effect: ice packs included! We recommend selecting Fed Ex 2 Day during hot summer months and states outside of Colorado. 

Chocolate is heat-sensitive, so we take extra care during warm-weather months. When needed, we pack orders with insulated packaging and ice packs to help protect your chocolate in transit.

Because summer shipping requires protective packaging and faster carrier service, shipping rates may be higher during this period. We cannot guarantee unmelted chocolate if home delivery is selected

When we ship

We usually ship chocolate orders early in the week so packages are less likely to sit in a carrier facility over the weekend.

During warm-weather periods, orders placed Monday through Wednesday typically ship within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed Wednesday through Sunday may be held to ship the following Monday.

Delivery timing

Shipping options and prices are shown at checkout. Moksha Chocolate ships with FedEx.

Transit time is usually 1 to 3 business days depending on your location, but delivery dates are estimates and aren’t guaranteed.

Help protect your order

Please check your local weather before ordering chocolate. We recommend shipping to an address where someone can receive the package quickly.

Try to avoid shipping to hot porches, mailrooms, parcel lockers, or any place where the package may sit outside.

Melt risk and delivery responsibility

We do our best to protect every order, but chocolate can still be affected by heat, delays, missed deliveries, or packages left outside after delivery.

Moksha Chocolate isn’t responsible for melting or damage caused by incorrect addresses, missed delivery attempts, carrier delays, extreme local temperatures, or packages left outside after delivery.

If something looks wrong with your shipment, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll review it.

Pickup is available by appointment only Monday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Choose Local Pickup at checkout and text Jen at 720-648-8893 to arrange pickup. Delivery options are also available. 

Shipping restrictions

We don’t ship to all states. If your shipping address isn’t eligible, checkout may block shipping or prevent order completion.

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee changes after an order has been packed or handed to the carrier.
