I was given a sample of the mushroom chocolate with turkey tail, etc., and I had it when I was having some digestive issues after eating something that didn't agree with me. Within minutes, I felt better. So, I was encouraged to order the sampler of all 3 mushroom chocolates, because I could use more energy and I've definitely been having trouble sleeping.
