1. Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Entry Period:
The giveaway begins on the date the form is published and ends at a date and time to be announced on mokshachocolate.com or via email. Moksha Chocolate reserves the right to close the giveaway at any time.
3. How to Enter:
To enter, participants must submit a valid email address via the form and agree to receive marketing communications from Moksha Chocolate. Limit one (1) entry per person. Additional entries will be disqualified.
4. Prize:
One (1) winner will receive a $50 digital gift card to be used exclusively at mokshachocolate.com. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing will be conducted within 7 days after the end of the entry period. The winner will be notified via email and must respond within 5 business days to claim the prize. If no response is received, another winner may be selected.
