Description

Ceremonial Forest Blend™ is a stone-ground cacao paste made with organic cacao and six functional mushrooms: Reishi, Cordyceps, Lion’s Mane, Chaga, Turkey Tail, and Maitake. This blend is ground continuously for five days, allowing the mushrooms to fully integrate into the whole-bean cacao for a dense, smooth texture and deeper cacao flavor.

Each mushroom brings its own culinary history:

  • Reishi has been used in Chinese food culture for centuries.
  • Cordyceps has roots in Tibetan and Chinese traditions.
  • Lion’s Mane has a long history in East Asian food cultures.
  • Chaga is native to Northern European and Siberian traditions.
  • Turkey Tail has a long history of use in traditional food cultures across Asia and is among the most researched culinary mushrooms in the world.
  • Maitake has been a staple of Japanese cuisine for generations.
