Description
Ceremonial Forest Blend™ is a stone-ground cacao paste made with six organic functional mushrooms: Reishi, Cordyceps, Lion's Mane, Chaga, Turkey Tail, and Maitake. Ground continuously for five days to integrate the mushroom complex directly into whole-bean cacao.
Each mushroom brings its own ingredient history. Reishi has been used in Chinese food culture for centuries. Cordyceps has roots in Tibetan and Chinese traditions. Lion's Mane has a long history of use in East Asian food cultures. Chaga is native to Northern European and Siberian traditions. Turkey Tail is one of the most studied culinary mushrooms in the world. Maitake has been a staple of Japanese cuisine for generations.
The extended grinding process refines particle size and creates a dense, smooth texture with balanced depth. The result is a concentrated cacao paste designed for measured daily preparation, not sweetened chocolate.
